Nothing much to say, but I will say fuck to the referee for Arsenal and Sunderland game. Two penalties were denied and one legitimate goal was disallowed - Arshavin goal. My stupid conspiracy theory is very simple. EPL is really doggy league and of course the betting dealer has a big impact in the game result. I can see that is very simple. EPL is just for Man Utd to win the league because they have the biggest fan base who are the gamblers. Of course referee has to the influence to decide on the outcome.
Yesterday match - Man Utd and Liverpool, I can see the karma where the ref is still damn bias except that they are not able the control the result as Man Utd lost because of their clumsiness. Who cares becoz Man Utd still at the top, Arsenal second with 3 points deficit and 1 game in hand.
Damn I got a meeting at 8 am tomorrow.

Doggy Dealing
Have to face few tough meetings today and also the work as coaches for my junior staff. The meeting today was damn hard. First of all, my colleague (Lady H) told me that the client has so many complaints about me, because it seems that I don't really plan well in organizing the vendors as my role in project as Project Manager. My big boss also got some some negative remarks from our pay master (client) the CTO that said he seems like to make fuzz and exaggerate the simple issues to become big.
My response is very simple, we are like whore or GRO, instead of giving the full services you must make client climax. In our case, instead of making and ensuring the project is successful you have to make sure you take care the client feeling. In this case, you have to serve them like a royalty.
Talking about Doggy Dealing. Actually today I just meet a really cunning, fox, old and doggy guy. They guy who like to cheat left and right for the sake of money. Since that the guy is part of the shareholders of the company. The trick is very simple, u can claim that u are able to deliver heaven but when the time to deliver work, you try to squeeze the scopes and blame others for incompetency. However they still chase for the money. At the end of the day, I don't give a damn with this shit and live has to move on as I hope I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
The PM life - managing the project is easy for managing the people is damn hard.

Tough week
Hi,
It is a very pleasure day to post the first entry in the blogger.com. I have few experiences of writing my personal blog before however it is the different websites. It is always occasionally to write the blog especially when I am so busy with work as an IT Consultant in one of multinational consulting firm that based in KL, life as MBA student in UM that is still struggle to complete 5 more papers and 1 research, and nevertheless the life of a family man that has two beautiful kids and a lovely wife.
Look foward to write more in this blog.
